21-22 Registration

Welcome to the 21-22 School Year. We are so excited to see you at Registration!

A registration packet was sent to you. That packet included a “Student Verification” form. You can make any changes to the paper copy and bring it with you during registration or you can verify your students' information via ParentVue (preferred method). If you choose to do it through ParentVue, you do not need to bring the paper copy with you during registration. Please be sure to update all outdated information, as well as providing parent and student emails to ensure that you receive important school updates. It is vital that we have all current information, including emergency contacts for every student.  If you are having issues with ParentVUE, please contact Javier Vargas at [email protected].

During Registration, you/your student will have access to do the following:

  1. Obtain a school ID and school photograph with Lifetouch. The student ID serves as the TriMet Bus Pass.
  2. Return any textbooks or other Library materials.
  3. Pay fees, purchase items such as the yearbook, etc. or donate to any of our school programs. You can use schoolpay or bring the completed “Student Fee Schedule” form (attached to this email) and a check with you during registration.
  4. Drop off the “Student Verification” form if you have any information that needs to be updated in our system. Please remember that you can do this step online and verify your student’s information via ParentVue.

STUDENTS SHOULD ARRIVE DURING THE TIMES SHOWN ABOVE:
To ensure the most effective and efficient process, a schedule has been put into place based on the students’ last name. If you have students in multiple grades, you can choose one of the days to come.

Library / Textbook Materials: If you have library materials and textbooks to return please bring them with you to Registration.  We have included a print out of your account for your records - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A BILL. If you are in 10th, 11th or 12th grade and do not see one, you have nothing to return. Freshmen are invited to return middle school Library items during Registration days.

Class Schedules: You will receive a list of your classes and information about requesting a Schedule Fix at Registration.  Due to ongoing balancing of classes in August, your class schedule might change after Registration. Your final schedule will be available on August 31st.  You’ll be able to see it in StudentVue, but we will also hand out schedules at the Main Entrance of our building on the first day of school, September 1st.

In an effort to create a safe and welcoming Registration process, we ask that only those persons who need to attend (student & parent/guardian) enter the building. Masks are mandatory.
