The Black Baccalaureate welcomes Black students graduating from post-secondary institutions, trade programs, high schools, and alternative schools in the Portland Metro and SW Washington areas. We welcome all students who earned their high school diploma or GED. 

The Black Baccalaureate is a historical celebration of the Black community, families, friends, and supporters coming together and collectively honoring our youth while instilling a sense of cultural pride in those who have fulfilled this pivotal stage in their development.
