Spirit Week - October 31 - November 3rd-
ASB (Associated Student Body/Student Leadership) has announced the second Spirit Week of the year. Students and Staff are encouraged to dress up and show their school spirit!!
Here are the themes:
Monday (10/31): Costume Day - Halloween costume!!
Tuesday(11/1): Biker vs. Surfer- Dress like a bike rider or surfer!!
Wednesday(11/2): Dynamic Duo - Pick a duo, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Batman & Robin etc. - Dress with a friend for this day!!
Thursday (11/3): Throwback Day - Dress from the past, any decade!!
Halloween Costumes & Spirit Week
As we support our students with Spirit Week, we also must be sure to respect the learning environment and address safety.
Students are still expected to follow the PPS Dress Code policy, and wear attire that permits the student to participate in learning without posing a risk to the health or safety of any student or school district personnel.
Clothing must be suitable for all scheduled classroom activities including physical education, science labs, wood/metal shop, and other activities where unique hazards exist.
Items NOT permitted: Wearing of costume masks (Masks which prevent the spread of communicable diseases are still allowed), carrying simulated/toy weapons, other attire and/or objects that distract from the learning environment.
Please use discretion and be respectful of others when selecting costumes. Students found in violation will be required to change or asked to leave for the day.
